Should I stage my property?

I do recommend staging your home to look like a model home. Decluttering is necessary and removing personal photos allows the buyers to imagine their own personal belongings in the home. There are staging companies and statistics show that staged properties sell faster and higher than non-staged properties. Pricing varies in size of properties. I can recommend staging companies if needed.
