We had a great experience with Sue. We were new to San Diego, and she began showing us houses in August 2020, and continued to work with us through Spring 2021 until we bought our first home in April. Very responsive and organized, she would arrange any viewings quickly and thoughtfully. She was very attuned to our evolving preferences and priorities as we explored the market. She comes across as very genuine and caring. She knows what is needed in a hot seller's market and we feel she really fought for us. We never felt pressure from her. She helped us to understand each step of the process. Even when we were in escrow on one house and she had just done a TON of work to get us into contract and get everything thoroughly inspected on an incredibly tight timeline, she could tell we were hesitant about the needed repairs and modifications, and the seller wouldn't budge.
